Winning Mentality acquired by the Tate Collection of Artists’ Books in 2010. Member of the ABC Artists Book Cooperative. Lives and works in Manchester, England.

“A free spirit, Mishka spends time alone and keeps his distance from most people. He has an escapist side, and the creation of a fantasy – an escape from society, or a personal journey within – appeals to him on a deep level. He has an interest and background in philosophy and science, is a perfectionist, and his exacting, critical mind needs challenges. He possesses a strong intellect but tends to think in rigid patterns. As a result, he can be stubborn with difficulties breaking bad habits. He will compete when necessary but generally tries to avoid it. Since he is a great believer in freedom, he stresses this principle not only in his own life but also in those of his partners and friends.”
